Reserve a Table | Bardenay Boise
Book It Bardenay

In the heart of downtown Boise, on the historic Basque Block.

Food platter with drinks on the side.

Bardenay opened the nation’s first restaurant-distillery on this block in 1999, and we’ve been pouring house-distilled spirits here ever since.

Northwest food, a full bar, and a 100% employee-owned crew carrying on a tradition over a quarter century strong.

Tables go fast. A reservation means you walk straight into the night you planned. No waiting at the door, no guessing if you’ll get in.

Some dinners deserve a reservation. Book it.

Looking for a room of your own?

The Boiler Room sits tucked behind the main floor and distillery: 500 square feet of private dining for up to 24 guests. It’s where people book anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, and business meetings that go better with good food and drinks. Both downtown hotels and the Boise Centre are a short walk away, so your out-of-town guests won't have far to go.
